원래 홍대점에 있었을때 처음 시작해서 신촌으로 옮기고 나서도 한 1년정도 복용했었음 원래 식욕이 좀 있어서 드라마틱하게 식욕이 없어지진 않고 그냥 참으려고 의식하면 아예 복용 안 하는 것 보단 참아지는 정도 포만감은 그래도 확실히 효과있고 덜 먹는 거에 비해서 활동하는 것도 무리없음 그리고 신기하게 인바디 재면 운동 안 하는 거 치고 근육은 덜빠짐 운동같이 하면 효과 더 좋긴 한데 나는 철저하게 식단위주였음...ㅎ 어느순간부턴 그냥 보조제 마냥 익숙해져서 맘대로 먹고하다보니 거의 그대로로 돌아오긴함.... 식습관 제대로 안 고치면 소용없움 상담받을땐 사실 전문성 크게 모르겠음 친절은 하신데 그냥 딱히 한의학적인 상담은 없었음
