사실 다래끼 치료하러 간 병원이었음. 그러다 보니 코디네이터들이나 간호사들이 일반고객을 상대로는 잘 응대하지 못하는 것이 보임+인포직원이 실수를 해서 내 대기 시간이 길어졌는데, 팀장급으로 되어 보이는 사람이 와서 인포직원들을 손님들 보고 있는 앞에서 집합시켜서 막 뭐라 함. 적당히 하지 도가 지나치고 그대 때문에 내 대기시간이 더 길어짐.
