실장-원장-실장 순서로 상담. 실장이 먼저 내 눈보고 진단 내리면서 차트에 쓴걸 보고 추가로 원장 상담해서 약간 갸우뚱함. 그래도 친절하게 상담해주심. 환자 니즈를 최대한 반영하려고 하는거 같음. 비슷한 사례 보여줄때 환자 이름으로 검색해서 찾아보셔서 신뢰도가 상승함. 근데 수술은 안할듯
