다른 것보다 실장님포함 직원분들이 너무너무 친절하셔서 기억에 남음.
원했던 의사분이 코 전체 수술 진행만 하신다고 하셔서 아쉬웠지만, 상담해주신 의사분도 친절하게 설명 잘 해주심.
권유까지는 아니고 같이 했으면 좋겠는 부분도 말씀해주셔서 오히려 좋다고 생각함.(절대 권유하지는 않고 아쉽다고 생각될 수도 있다는 식으로 말씀해주심.)
