원장님이 쿨하고 깔끔함. 전문적이고 자신감 넘치시는 가운데 뭔가 모를 온기가 느껴짐. 본인의 수술 방식에 대해 확신이 있으셔서 신뢰가 감. 다만 사진 후기가 많이 없고, 사진상으로는 가시적인 효과가 미미해서 고민됨.

광고나 후기 관리에 별로 연연하지 않는 병원인 점이 마음에 듬. 실장님은 전형적인 성형 실장님의 기운이 강했지만, 막 사람 기분 나쁘게 기싸움하지 않고 할 말만 딱 찝어 말하시는 스타일이라 난 무난하다고 봤음.
