1. 실비 적용 가부
안 된다. 실비가 적용되려면 이비인후과와 겸업해야 하는 병원인데, 우리 병원은 아예 코드자체가 입력이 안 된다.

2. cctv 볼 수 있는지
cctv 설치는 되어 있지만, 
수술 후 cctv 영상은 보여드릴 수 없다. 경찰동원을 하신 경우에만 보여드리겠다.
경찰동원 하는 방법은 직접 알아보셔야 한다.

3. 원장님 수술 횟수
하루에 코수술 2회만 한다. 오전 1번, 오후 1번. 원장 선생님이 그 이상은 힘드셔서 하기 싫어하신다. 만약 코수술을 안 하는 날이라면, 그 시간대에 눈수술+지방흡입 이렇게 두 수술을 하는 경우만, 하루에 3회 수술을 하게 된다.

4. 마취는 원장 선생님께서 하시나요?
전신마취는 마취가 전문의가 하지 않으면 불법이다.
수면마취로 보통 진행한다. 수면마취를 하는 이유는 부분마취를 하는 과정이 아프기 때문이다. 부분마취를 한 이후에도 코끝을 잘라서 뒤집을 때 통증이 상당하다. 그러나 수면 중이기 때문에 아픈 걸 못 느끼거나, 기억을 못하는 건데 수술 과정에서 몸을 흔드는 게 위험하기 때문에 아픔을 참고 안 움직일 수 있다면 부분마취를 하셔도 되지만... 수면마취 권장!!

5. 실리콘을 미세하게 절삭, 제작할 수 있나요?
실리콘은 직접 ㅇㄴ핏 업체에 의뢰하는데, ㅇㄴ핏 업체에서 실리콘을 미세하게 제작한다.

6. 사후 케어도 계속 원장님이 1:1로, as 기간은 평생, 
재수술은 무료. 자신이 원래 제기했던 코모양보다 더 높이고 싶은 경우에만 재수술 비용 청구.
사후관리 붓기레이저 가능. 하지만 우리 병원에서 수술한 환자의 경우 붓기가 심하지 않아서 레이저를 받을 수 있어도 굳이 시간 내서 또 와서 받고 하진 않더라.

7. 본인에게 추천한 수술 종류
1) 귀연골과 피부조직 같이 하여 복합조직이식
-다른 거 안건들고 비공만 내리는 것
-개방을 안 해도 됨. 괴사 위험이 없음

2)코끝 날개연골 연장이식
-성형외과에서는 1)보다 이걸 추천.. 뭐 돈도 더 되고..
+코끝은 연골로 내리고 (뾰족 아니고 동골동골 하게), 콧대는 좀 높이고, 비중격연골 (귀 연골 안 써도 될 듯. 5%의 확률로 비중격연골 부족하면 귀연골)

장기적 부작용 위험 있음
ㅇㄴ핏 제작비 – 100만원
코끝 수술 – 600만원

만약 5%의 확률로 귀연골을 쓰게 되면 + 35만원

② 멕아덤 (진피)
장기적인 부작용은 없다.
쭉 흡수되는데, 9~10개월 이후에는 흡수 다 되고 더 이상 변화 없다고 보면 된다. 보통 10개월 동안 90% 흡수됨.

진피 보형물 재료비 - 100만원
코끝 – 600만원

8. 마무리 - 수술하려면, 1달 전에는 얘기해줘야 예약 잡을 수 있음.
그 때 피검사도 실시함. 9만원

전수술로 코 안 비중격이 휘어서 호흡이 약간 불편해 보형물제거로 상담받았습니다 현재 저의 코 상태가 왜 이렇게 된건지 그림 그려가면서 천천히 설명 해 주셨고, 수술 전후 사진도 많이 보여주시면서 제거 하게 되면 라인 괜찮을거다 걱정말라는 식으로 말씀 주셨습니다 적절한 비유와 쉬운 어휘로 제가 잘 알아듣게 설명해주신거 같아 좋았어요ㅎㅎ 원장님 블로그나 후기보면 코재수술 제거 전문이라는 느낌이여서 상담받았는데 저는 친절하고 너무 만족한 상담이였는데…
