처음 방문했을 때 예약 없이 갔더니 1-2시간 대기해야한대서 예약하고 다른 날 재방문 했습니다
고객별로 배정되는 실장이 다른지 제 당담 상담 실장이 한사람이랑 1-2시간을 상담하더라구요 제 예약 시간을 훌쩍 넘어 너무 오래 기다리게 하길래 언제 되느냐 물어보니 무작정 기다리라고만 하고 이럴거면 왜 예약하라고 한지도 모르겠어요
거의 2시간반을 기다리고 그 사이에 세번정도 언제 되는지 물어봤는데 계속 다음 순서라고만 했습니다
마지막에 물어볼 땐 짜증스럽게 대답하더라구요
