Consultation is not recommended. But the wait was a bit long. I think I waited about 30 minutes to an hour. He honestly told me that excessive lines wouldn't suit him and that he couldn't do semi-outs or outlines with his eyes. It didn't matter because I wanted in and out anyway, but I trusted him because he was honest.
