의사친절도 - 상담 때도 거의 설명 잘 안해주셔서 그냥 무뚝뚝한 사람인가 보구나 싶었지만 수술 당일날 1시간 넘게 지각하셨고 그 이후 진료에서도 매번 1시간 넘게 기다리게 했지만 미안하다는 말 한마디도 없었습니다.

상담전문성 - 처음엔 안검외반 수술비용이 330만원이라 그래서 수술당일날 330만원 현금으로 지급하고 수술실 들어갔습니다. 마취돼서 누워있는 와중에 상담실장님이 갑자기 윗눈꺼풀 이식 비용이 추가로 들어가는지 몰랐다고 저희 어머니에게 200만원을 더 요구했습니다. 나중에 들어보니 의사랑 상담실장이랑 커뮤니케이션이 제대로 안돼서 원래 수술비가 550만원인데 상담실장이 330만원으로 잘못 파악하고 있었더라구요. 마취되어있는데 깨워서 상담실장이 수술받을지 말지 급하게 다시 물어보는데 전 마취돼서 헤롱헤롱한 상태여서 그냥 수술 받겠다고 했었습니다. 결국 제 어머니가 은행 가서 급하게 수술비를 더 구해와서 수술을 진행했고 이 때가 제 인생에서 가장 후회되는 순간입니다.

스텝친절도 - 상담실장님이 저 정도로 제대로 상담을 안해주는데 친절도는 굳이 말 안해도 알테니 패스하겠습니다.

병원시설 - 시설은 좋아요. 강남에서 굉장히 큰 20층짜리 빌딩이고 제 수술 집도의가 이 빌딩 건물주입니다. 엄청난 부자고 힘 있는 사람이라 저처럼 빽 없는 일반 환자 한 명 수술 망쳐놓는 것은 대수롭지 않게 생각할 겁니다. 그러니 수술 당일날과 매 진료시간에도 1시간 넘게 지각해놓고 사과 한마디조차 없었고 상담도 대충 해주지 않았을까요.

수술기대치 - 이렇게 푸대접 받고도 수술 받은 건 수술 집도의가 대한성형외과 의사회 부회장에 학술위원장이었고 밑트임 개발 등 화려한 이력과 안성형학 교과서도 집필하는 등 정말 실력있는 전문의인줄 알았기 때문입니다. 그러나 결과는 처참했고 지금 제 눈밑은 흉터로 너덜너덜해져서 1년 반 동안 지옥 같은 삶을 살고 있습니다. 분명히 수술받기 전엔 흉터는 6개월 지나면 깨끗해진다고 했으나 흉터는 그대로고 결국 다른 피부과 가서 또 돈 들여서 치료 중입니다.

총평 - 그렇게 푸대접 받고 돈도 돈대로 썼지만 의사는 제게 평생 지울 수 없는 흉터를 남겨줬습니다.. 잠도 못자고 대인기피증이랑 우울증도 심해져서 정신과 가서 약도 복용하고 있습니다. 시간을 되돌린다면 정말 이 병원에서 수술받지 않았을 거예요. 저처럼 후회하는 분이 생기지 않길 바라는 마음으로 후기 작성해봅니다.

I've been there before for a consultation. The hospital was spacious and comfortable, and the staff was friendly. Unlike other hospitals, it was amazing that I had my eyesight checked before consulting with the director. The consultation showed me a picture of a case similar to my eye condition and explained it.
