The director and manager here are very friendly, but the desk staff is really unfriendly. I canceled the surgery and should have received more deposit, but I didn't and asked for 130,000 won or so. The doctor is nice, so I think the surgery will be okay, but I want to stop my friend from going because of the desk staff.

옛날엔 병원 평판 중요하다고 생각했는데 수술해보고 나니까 원장님이 중요하다는 걸 깨달음. ㅜ 첫 병원은 공장식이었어서 대형병원 피하면서 찾다가 여기 병원 상담잡음 (코 수술했었는데 옛날코랑 똑같아져서 재수 알아봄..) 내부 엄청 깔끔하고 예뻤음 실장님 친절, 과잉 추천이나 강요 없고 원장님은 재수라서 고민되는 부분에 대해서 질문 많이 했는데 귀찮아 하지 않고 설명 잘 해줌. 떨어진 코끝은 자가늑으로 올려야 한다고 들음 비용은 다른 병원이랑 크게 차이나진 않았고 하루에 1~2건만 수술한다는게 가장 마음에 들었음 내가 자려한 직반 라인을 원했는데 니즈 반영 해서 디자인 잘해주심 개인병원이라 그런진 몰라도 되게 꼼꼼하게 봐줬고 사후관리도 어떻게 진행되는지 설명 다 해주셔서 상담 너무 만족스러웠음
