The director, the counseling room manager, and the staff were all friendly. The hospital facilities looked great and state-of-the-art. I was looking forward to the surgery, but I wanted to think about it a bit more. The director seemed to have a lot of knowledge about noses, and the consultation was professional, so I was satisfied!
