상담할때부터 원장님 고집은 알았지만 그래도 엄청 자신감 있어하시고 본인만 할수있는 부분이라는식으로 얘기하셔서 믿고 수술했는데 기능적인 문제는없는데 원하는모양이 아니라서 다시 재수술 고민할정도에요
수술후에 경과상담때도 본인 고집때문에 대화가 잘 안됨; 직원분들은 굉장히 무례하다고 느낄정도로 질문하면 귀찮다는식으로 답하고 심지어 짜증내심;

다른병원에서 몇년전에 이벤트로 했던 코가 점점 들리고 빨개지고 해서 재수술을 하게 되었습니다... 병원도 워낙 많고 구축코를 잘하는곳이 찾기가 어려워서 여기저기 발품팔다가.. 백형익 원장님께 상담받게 되었습니다. 상담을 받고나니 왜 전 수술을 쉽게 결정했나 후회가 되더라구요.. 혼나는 느낌도 들었지만.. 그래도 자세히 설명해주시고 어떤 수술기법?으로 해야하는지 하나하나 설명해주셔서 믿음이 갔고 지금 수술받은지 3개월정도 됐는데 코끝도 만질수있고 라인도 맘에 드네요. 이 상태로 유지가 되면 너무 좋을거 같습니다. 감사합니다.
