During the consultation, I told the director that I wanted the nose tip to be the one I wanted, and he told me that if he uses his own ribs to raise the tip of the nose, it will be more firmly fixed and the shape will look like what I wanted. He also told me that the extraction process wouldn't be painful and that there would be little scarring, so I trusted his professional explanation. It was a satisfactory consultation.
