I received eye surgery consultation from 3 places including here, but personally, I believed in something the most. The director is kind and the nurses are generally kind, so the hospital atmosphere looks good! I'm still thinking about it, but I'll do it here

I think I asked more questions because the manager was kind and made me feel comfortable..! The director also answers all the questions you ask, like waiting for a question for one second! It would be better to think ahead of time what kind of questions to ask when going to counseling! It was a satisfactory consultation!

상담만 한 곳은 귀찮나서 후기 안 남겼는데 여긴 한 번 남겨봄... 유니크 가서 상담해보니, 타병원 실장님들의 친절과 노고가 새삼 감사하게 느껴짐. 눈빛과 표정을 비롯한 모든 비언어적 표현에서 불친절함과 귀찮음이 느껴졌고, 말에서조차도 타병원에서 상담 한 번도 안 해봤냐며 뭘 이런것까지 묻냐는 식의 반응. (타병원에서 질문했으면 여기서 또 하면 왜 안 됨? 각 병원마다 똑같은 질문 하는데 이런식으로 반응한 곳은 여기가 처음.) 이외에도 몇 가지 더 있으나 말을 아끼겠음. 이상의 피드백조차 주고 싶지 않음. 상담 때조차 실장이 이런 식이라면 수술 이후 사후치료 할 일이 만에 하나 생겼을 때, 어떤 태도로 환자를 대할지 궁금하지도 않음. 발품 팔기 전 마음 속의 탑랭크였는데, 굳이 여기서 할 필요는 없겠다는 생각으로 바뀜. 두 번은 안 갈 것. 원장이 좋아서 간다면 말리진 않겠음. 하지만 실장 상담할 땐 언제 튀어나올지 모르는 불친절함에 마음의 대비는 하시길 바람. 후기보면 원장은 괜찮은데 실장 불친절하다는 글들이 꽤 잇다는걸 오늘에서야 봣음. 이럴거면 마음의 준비 좀 하고 갈걸^^..
