병원 상담 일정 어렵게 잡았으나 평일 오후중이었기 때문에 차가 밀려서 상담에 삼십 분 늦었습니다(사실 네이버주소가 잘못돼서 길을잘못들어 늦은겁니다) 어떤 사정이 있더라도 늦은 제 잘못이고 늦은 만큼 상담 시간이 줄어드는 게 맞다는 생각도 합니다 줄어든 시간 안에서만 할말 다 해주시면 되니까요 하지만 원장 태도가 너무... 좀 그랬어요 불친절한 건 아닌데 수술에 대한 열의 자체가 없어보였습니다 하기 싫으면 오지 말라고 하면 되는 일 아닌가요? 대충 슥 보고 코 몇번 만져보더니 이건 이렇게 하면 된다 하든 말든... 정말 이런 느낌이었어요 저는 이 병원이 하도 잘한다길래 어렵게 상담 예약을 잡았고 한달은 걸린다는 걸 노쇼 없냐고 몇 번이나 전화 걸어서 예약한 거였습니다 화나신 건지 아닌 건지는 모르겠습니다 화나실 일 맞다고도 생각합니다 그런데 상담 다 받고 나와서 너무너무 화가났어요.. 혼내는 원장 말 직설적으로 한다는 원장 다 만나봤지만 항상 기분 좋게 병원을 나섰던 건 그 원장님들이 전부 수술에 대한 의지가 눈에 보이고 상담받는 환자를 위해서 여러가지를 강구하고 연구하는 게 다 느껴졌기 때문이었습니다 하지만 이 병원 상담에서는 그런 느낌을 하나도 받지 못했습니다.. 또한 수술 전에도 이런 태도라면 수술후에는 사후관리를 대체 어떻게 해줄지 또 혹시 모를 부작용이 생긴다면(이건 원장수술이나 실력보다는 복불복이 크다고 생각합니다) 그때는 대체 어떤 태도로 대할지가 걱정이 되더군요 그래서 아무리 수술을 잘한다고 해도 이런 병원에서는 받고 싶지 않았습니다 다음부터 수술하고 싶은 마음 없으시면 그냥 오지 말라고 해주시기 바랍니다 늦을 때 십 분마다 병원에 전화해서 정말 죄송하다 어떻게 하면 되겠냐 가면 상담받을 수 있겠냐 다 물어봤는데 와도 된다고 하셨죠 이런 식으로 십분 상담하고 그냥 보낼 거면 그냥 부르지 말아 주세요 오죽하면 어렵게 예약 잡은 걸 아는 상담실장이 상담 직후 제 표정 보고 만족하지 못하신 것 같아서 어떡하냐고 하시더군요.. 에휴 아직도 다시 생각하면 화만나네요
