상담예약하고 갔는데 대기 한시간했어요. 대기가 길어서 컴플레인하는 사람도 있었고 데스크직원들도 분주했고 병원 분위기 너무 산만했어요. 상담예약하고 갔는데 실장하고만 상담했네요; 의사선생님들 퇴근했다구요.. (오후다섯시반이였음)
그럴꺼면 왜 상담예약을 받은건지..? 너무 어이없어서 나왔어요. 강남한복판에서 이렇게 성의없이 병원을 운영해도되는건가요ㅠㅠ 발품팔러다니면서 이렇게 성의없는 상담은 처음이에요. 게다가 당일예약 강요까지.. 의사도 퇴근했는데 상담실장을 어떻게 믿고 당일예약을 하나요?
