갑자기 한쪽 눈에만 진하게 쌍꺼풀이 생겨서 앱 2개(바비톡, 강남언니) 및 성예사 6개월 눈팅하고 추리고 추려서 방문한 사람입니다.
저는 성형은 아예 생각도 안 해보고 있다가 유튜브랑 앱 등에서 수박 겉핥기식 정보만 습득한 상태에서 내원했기 때문에 그냥 원장님과 병원에 대한 믿음이 생기냐 여부만 가지고 결정하려고 내원 및 상담을 했습니다.
남자이며 미적인 감각이 특출나다고 생각하지 않기 때문에 요구사항에 대한 경청 정도와 답변이 명확한지 여부를 주안점으로 두었습니다.
눈 상담만 진행했습니다.
연예인 사진 안 들고 갔고, 짝눈 개선과 한쪽만 잡히는 쌍꺼풀을 양쪽 다 잡히게 하는 것, 그리고 하는 김에 솔직하게 잘생겨졌으면 좋겠다 이 3가지만 상담 때 말씀 드렸습니다.

불편 사항에 대한 개선 제안: 불편 사항 개선을 위한 시나리오 제안해주심, 눈 라인 여러번 잡아주시고, 수술 시나리오별로 발생할 내용에 대한 설명 이해될 정도로 설명해주심, 라인 잡아주시는 것 괜찮았음, 대충대충 잡아주시는 것 같은데도 센스 있게 뭔가 이쁘게 잡힘, 자세하게 설명해주려고 노력 많이 하심, 과교정 안하게 하려고 케이스 설명 많이 해주심
수술 시나리오 안내: 실장님께 들음, 직접 설명해주시지는 않음
환자를 대하는 태도: 친절하심, 신뢰가 감, 고압적인 자세 아님, 기계적이지 않음

환자를 대하는 태도: 친절하고 신뢰가 감, 기계적이지 않음, 병원에 대한 자부심 있어 보임

특이사항
시설을 얘기 안할 수가 없는데 화장실과 상담실 모두 아주 인상적이게 깨끗했음, 병원의 관리가 아주 잘 되고 있다는 느낌을 받았습니다.
