He had a CT scan and said that rhinitis surgery was not allowed. I was the only one out of 4 hospitals who said no. Dont know whos right. What I felt during the consultation with the director was that I had to do it here in order to have a safe and not too greedy nose. The manager is kind and the hospital facilities are not bad.
