I received a consultation from Dr. ㄱㅈㅇ and was recommended osteotomy, nose bridge implant insertion, and columella lowering of the tip of the nose. He also said that they use septal cartilage or a donor rib for the tip of the nose. However, when I searched for the donor rib later, it didn't seem to be very good, so I decided to pass on this place.
