I took the splint off a few days ago, and I felt something round at the tip of my nose... It
 was my first surgery, and I had my nasal septum and ear cartilage done, and only the bridge of my nose had 2mm silicone put in. Since
 my skin is thin, I only put in the tip of my nose with autodermal dermabrasion on my buttocks because I thought the cartilage could show through.
 Everything is fine, but the left side is fine. I can only feel the circled part of the tip of my nose.
 I asked the hospital and they told me to wait first even though it could be a sternum. Does anyone know what this is? ㅠㅠ This
 looks like cartilage to me. Is it cartilage or sternum?
