My nose is not that low and I just want to raise the tip of my nose.
 I want to have surgery to tie the tip cartilage and insert only the ear cartilage.
 When I went to the hospital and talked to them, they said that if I had surgery like that, it would sag again later.
 The ear cartilage is just for storing the tip of the nose and not for support. They say that if you use only the ear cartilage, it will sag again. So, is it true that you have to use it together with the nasal septum and stack it on top to keep it from sagging? Is this true?
 Does it really hurt a lot??
 For a surgery like that, would it be better to use a nasal septum and a material like mesh? I'm so worriedㅠㅠ
