I've been going to the hospital for months because the cartilage at the tip of my nose has gotten so bad, but most of the hospitals are telling me to shave the cartilage at the tip and cover it with Alloderm or autologous dermis.. Alloderm is someone else's dermis, so there's a chance of inflammation, and autologous dermis, according to reviews, many say it peels off a lot. It's really hard to choose. The cartilage is getting worse as time goes by.. If there's anyone who has tried autologous dermis on the tip of their nose, please give me some information..
