I had two open rhinoplasty surgeries,
 slightly ground the side of my nose, and had ear cartilage done on the tip of my nose.
The doctor was not flexible, so he grinded the side of my nose a little, but the bridge of my nose became lower and thicker, probably because of the scar tissue and bone dust. I just added the ear cartilage to the tip of my nose, which made it more blunt and round, and my nose became bulbous.
In fact, my nose was much prettier before surgery. After living with that bulbous nose for 3 years, I decided to have surgery again. I
 ended up having 3m of silicone inserted into the bridge of my nose. The bridge was uneven, so
 I straightened it out and pressed it down a bit. Also, the tip of the nose was tied and the nasal septum ear cartilage was used as is.
After doing this, the tip of my nose gradually started to fall.
 The ideal nose is when the tip goes up, but it felt like it was getting longer. Should I say that the tip of my nose falls like an arrow when I smile? And I don't know if it's because the tip wasn't cut or
 because of the sternum, but it's still not clear and
 looks thick and stuffy. ~ When I take a picture, it feels even worse that my nose has fallen off...
