 About a week ago, I went to ㅇㅇㅌ Plastic Surgery Clinic in Sinsa-dong and had my first nose consultation.
My nose is low, small and short.
 I consulted with the director who seemed like Limario. In fact, the first thing you see when you enter the hospital is
 the counter. The noses of the girls in... are all so obvious and anyone can see that it looks like plastic surgery, so I was a little anxious.
(Personally, I don't want a very high or perfect nose, I just want the lines to fit my face,,)
 First of all, the counselor was a very beautiful woman. She hasn't had any plastic surgery.
In fact, having a consultation with someone who has no plastic surgery experience; Feeling anxious about surgery or worrying about side effects. I felt like I was consulting with someone who had never felt such burdens. So, I thought, even if my director confidently said, “Do your best,” you were talking about someone else.
The director provided friendly and comfortable counseling.
He said that it wasn't a big deal and that it wasn't a difficult nose surgery and that it would be done in an hour, so I, who was usually very scared, suddenly thought that
 nose surgery was no big deal. A thought occurred to me.
Actually, I'm not sure about the before and after photos because they can be photoshopped.
It seems like they put pictures of cool people's surgeries on the wall of the hospital for publicity purposes. They're all people who are really into plastic surgery, so it's a bit...
 Actually, I went here because my sister, who I know, said on Instagram that Park's girlfriend had her surgery done here.
I didn't really do any research in advance...
 
2. Apgujeong ㅇㅅ Plastic Surgery Clinic (Director ㅎㅇㅈ)
 The plastic surgery clinic was very quiet overall and there was only one person consulting with customers.
The nurses at the counter were all natural people who had not had plastic surgery.
Should I say that it has an atmosphere similar to that found at a local dental clinic?
Actually, the reason I went here was because he was the president of the Plastic Surgery Association, so I went because I thought he would make sure there were no side effects.

First of all, all three nurses were not very friendly and seemed a bit blunt.
Well, I just need the surgery to be done well, so it doesn't matter whether it's kindness or not.

The director showed me the shape with a cotton swab and
 told me to choose between using ear cartilage to lower the tip of the nose by 2mm and raising the bridge of the nose by 3.5 silicone, or using the nasal septum to lower it by 5mm and raising the bridge of the nose to 3.5.
He said that there would not be much difference in height compared to the nose with fillers now, so don't expect a big change in appearance.
He said that if other people's noses are 100, I only have about 70 to enlarge, and my skin is thin and I don't have any nose fat, so I can't increase my nose much.
Overall, it didn't seem like he had a flashy nose or a nose that was raised too much.

I had further discussions with the counselor.
According to the person who consulted, the director said that he pursues a natural nose, and that he also dislikes noses that are too flashy,
 “Because I don’t like that.” He said something like he dislikes people who get plastic surgery ;;
Also, I was very worried about side effects, and when I asked if they would require reoperation if something went wrong, they
 responded absurdly, saying that if side effects occur, the only thing to do is to remove the silicone, and I can just take medicine and reduce the swelling.
I felt like I could never expect any follow-up treatment when a side effect occurred.
They say that no one has had any side effects so far, but they don't know that...
 
And here, they don't use sedative anesthesia, only
 local anesthesia for about 20 minutes, and the rest of the surgery is done while the patient is awake and can smell all sounds and smells.
They said I would be under anesthesia for a short period of time because of the risk of anesthesia, and to be honest, I'm a little scared of this. They
 said they would check the lines in the mirror and finish the surgery when the surgery was almost finished.
 
The surgery would take 2 and a half hours if only the ear cartilage was used.
They said it would take about 3 to 3 and a half hours to use the nasal septum,
 so they said ㅇㅇㅌ would be done in 1 hour, but why does it take so long here? I had a question.


What's strange is that when talking with the director and counseling director, there were no before-and-after photos shown;
So, when I asked why it wasn't there, they said that not only was there no one who wanted to reveal their faces, but before and after photos of plastic surgery or
 reviews of plastic surgery itself were illegal and couldn't be posted, so they didn't do it here at all.
So I was more worried about something... I don't know before or after,.;:;
If it's illegal, why do all the other hospitals do it? Shouldn't they at least show it during the consultation.. ㅜㅜ
 
I searched for this hospital and there were no reviews,, has anyone had their nose done at ㅇㅅ..
