I had a 12.1 nose done using silicone septum ear cartilage. I had a forehead lift done on the same day, so the bruising and swelling were really huge, but when I took off the splint, it looked like an avatar, but I really liked the shape of the nose. It has uneven nostrils and a slightly upturned nose. I was stressed because it looked completely round, but the director said that the uneven shape was unavoidable and that I would keep it as is, but he adjusted it almost exactly and solved almost what I wanted. But looking at other posts, everyone said that my nose looks lifted and that it will come down over time, but my nose tip is perfect right now, but it looks lifted because of the swelling. Does this mean that the tip of your nose will come down a bit as the swelling goes down? After nose surgery, will the swelling go down and the tip of the nose become lower than before?
