I am planning to have a nose osteotomy if I have a revision surgery. My nose is not wide enough for an osteotomy, but the part where the implant is inserted is asymmetrical, so I have to have an osteotomy. I would like to know about the side effects of the osteotomy or the extent of incorrect cases. Does anyone know?
 I understand that people who usually have surgery without implants make an osteotomy and gather the bones to raise the height a little more. Is that correct?
