I'm about to have my 5th surgery due to contracture, and
 I'm really thinking about it being the last.

Excluding the silicone bridge of the nose, I currently have no nasal septum or ear cartilage, so
 I plan to lower the tip of the nose to the costal cartilage and align the nostrils.

I'm going to have surgery in July.
 What do you think, Director Gok?

 I'm worried because there aren't too many reviews and there are strong likes and dislikes
 (* I received consultation from Dr. Baek, but the surgery schedule is too late and it's not a good fit for me to pursue. ㅠ)
