It's currently the 24th day of surgery. 
 
I had open surgery for osteotomy, beak, silicone, tip of the nose (nasal septum cartilage), and columella depression. 
 
The first picture is the day after the splint was removed, or the next day. I think it would be around the 16th day. But when I woke up the next day, my nose was getting fatter. I don't know if I should do it, but 
 
it felt like it was spreading. The day before, when I cut my nose, I was told that if I massaged the bridge of my nose while pressing it, the bridge of my nose would go up. After I touched it, it started to spread like this. I went to the hospital, and the specialist said it wasn't inflammation, but 
 
rather swollen due to pressure. Is it coming back? I think it's been about 4-5 days since the swelling started, but it doesn't seem to have gone down at all... I wanted a thin nose, but it looks like it's puffy like before the surgery. Please give me some advice.
