I was confused about getting a nose job because I saw side effects or things like that, and almost all of them require re-surgery afterwards. So, has anyone gotten surgery to prevent their nose from spreading out when you smile by tying the bridge of the nose and reducing the bridge of the nose? Does that make your smile look unnatural? Some say it's almost permanent and some say it loosens up as the threads come loose. Now, I'm really worried about getting my own nose done or getting implants. I don't really want to get it done, and I just wish I could get my big nose bridge corrected and the spreading out nose when I smile fixed naturally...ㅠㅠ
