I came here for double eyelid consultation. I have attached the file for my eyes. I thought it was fat above the eyes, but the skin is so thick that even if the fat is removed, it won't be noticeable there. Even though they made the double eyelid line as thin as possible on that eye, I was surprised at how burdensome it was. I asked if it would come out in this shape, and they said that about 90% of it came out in this shape. So I ask you a question.
 1. Will I actually become thinner after surgery than when I got the shape?
 2. As I wrote above, I have thick skin, not fat, so they say double eyelids form in that condition. Is it usually more burdensome to wear a thick double cushion than a thin one?
