I want to get rhinoplasty, so I've been trying my best to get it done two weeks ago.
 I live in the countryside, so I'm getting consultations on weekends or weekday nights, but it's hard to make a reservation for a consultation, and the basic round trip is over 2 and a half hours, so I'm already exhausted. I
