I made a reservation for eye surgery on Saturday with a deposit of 200,000 won, but
  

it seemed right to cancel today, 4 days before the surgery, so I called to get a refund.
 
However, the director charged me a 10% penalty (20,000 won) and the cost of the test performed on the day of the consultation (100,000 won). They say they can only refund 10,000 won.

the problem is that they were not notified of the test cost in advance.
 
When I made the reservation after the consultation, I was told to go home and read the envelope with the rules and precautions written on it, but they did not explain at all that the test fee would be separate. There it is.
 
And I don't understand why the test came out to 100,000 won even though it was only a blood test. What should I do in a situation like this?
