[안면윤곽지방] Can teeth correction and contouring surgery cause a snub nose?
This is a bit of a funny question, but
has anyone had chin contouring surgery and turned into a snub nose??
I read on a doctor's blog that after 3 types of contouring, the philtrum at the corners of the mouth sags and the nostrils become visible, and
I think that's exactly my situation.
I had nose surgery 4 years ago (silicone, ear cartilage, deviated septum)
and orthodontic treatment 2 years ago. In progress
8 months ago, I had 2 types of contouring surgery (t osteotomy, square jaw).
These days, my nostrils are showing a lot,
but I can't tell if it's because the tip of the nose is lifted or the wings of the nose are sagging due to loss of skin elasticity
...
1. At the time of the nose surgery, I didn't want the middle part to be long, so
I asked them to shorten the tip of the nose rather than making it longer.
It looked so natural that you wouldn't even know I had surgery,
but the tip of the nose, which was a bit plump, became thinner over time.
2. The contour of the chin was reduced by about 8mm
because I have a long front chin.
I was told that I had reduced it.
As the volume of my body disappeared, I developed a double chin, the corners of my mouth sagged, and my facial elasticity seemed to have disappeared.
Even before the contouring surgery, I was undergoing orthodontic treatment, so my facial elasticity was not there, but it feels like it has gotten worse.
3. I had been doing orthodontic treatment for 2 years before the contouring surgery, and
recently. I'm working on inserting the elongated teeth inside using a screw, and when I start to insert the front teeth, the protruding teeth disappear and it seems like a lot of nostrils are visible.
Is this due to a combination of various causes??
I wonder if there are many cases where nostrils become visible through contour surgery...
I feel like I have become presbyopic even more after contouring surgery.
