I love alcohol so much that
I drank it every day without exercising for several years and gained weight mainly in my stomach and arms,
but
after I started arm swelling, I was worried about the swelling, so
I stopped drinking and started drinking poke, and
it definitely started to show up after a month. The swelling went down completely.
After a month, I started exercising and
the thinness disappeared. Before the surgery, I was 165cm tall and weighed 68kg,
but after losing about 5kg over the course of 3 months,
I definitely felt slimmer and
my arms fit like someone who has lost 10kg..!!!!
I was worried about sagging
after removing about 1000cc because it was a large volume, but
it was a godsend

Lately, I've been really excited about buying tank tops and pretty clothes. Now
