My first attempt was a disaster with non-implants, but

 if you use non-implants, you end up with a nose bridge, right? But if you look at the reviews of non-implant noses, most of them have sharp lines starting from the bridge of their noses, but those are all brokers haha.
 Also, when a plastic surgery clinic takes a photo of a non-implant model, they edit the nose and upload it?
 Honestly, I think silicone contracture is something you just have to deal with if you decide to have surgery (if you're afraid of inflammation and contracture, you shouldn't touch plastic surgery. Especially for the nose, the disease starts from the moment you touch it), and
  there is no implant that fits as well as silicone not only on the nose but also on the human body.
 I think it's right to just put silicone on the bridge of the nose, even if it's just 1mm.
 Non-implants should be considered as almost always having a step, and only people with naturally pretty noses who have a bit of a bridge should get them. ㅇㅇ
 
Only people who want to improve their nose bridge a little without getting any plastic surgery in a really natural way should get non-implants. But if that's the case, is there a need to endure columella scars, risk of nasal dysfunction, removal of my cartilage, lifelong inflammation management, foreign body sensation, etc.? 
 
The number one reason for nose revision surgery is not inflammatory contracture but
 dissatisfaction with the appearance. This is what I felt after failing with implant-free surgery.
