I've been to Shinnonhyeon.
 It's very large, there are a lot of foreigners,
 there are a lot of employees, and it seems to be famous.
 Why is the nose surgery so cheap??? (It's not an advertisement! It's not even a broker!!! I have reasonable suspicions, so I'm posting this to ask if anyone knows!!!)
 
I visited a few famous places, and the first nose surgery (including osteotomy) is in
 the 6 million won range - 5 million won range - 4 million won range. - They all come in the 3 million won range (which is the most),
 but they all come in a variety of amounts (for hospitals that allow partial disclosure and write reviews, the amount is calculated based on the amount applied).
 
When I said that all plastic surgeons participate in events,
 the first price was in the 2 million won range?!!
 what?! It's so cheap that I wonder why it's so cheap..!
 Even in the mid 200s -> nose bridge, nose tip, double nose osteotomy....

 Is it really this cheap at a large hospital? So, it wasn't a thank you, but
 I felt like the overall explanation was lacking, and the director was so unfriendly and suddenly stopped contacting me after I placed a reservation deposit. This is the first time I've been to a hospital where I felt like patient care was inadequate, so I'm worried about aftercare and things like that, but this place is unusual in that they don't even charge a reservation deposit. They say they will deduct 20,000 won and return it to you? I made all my reservations, but I’m worried.
