 it's small. I had really, really bad rhinitis when I was young, but it's gotten a lot better as I've grown up. In one case,
 I was told that my rhinitis was not that severe during my consultation at the hospital (I had no intention of getting a cosmetic nose and a functional nose at the same time), but this hospital said that my nose was too weak and that my rhinitis was so severe that I needed to get rid of it through functional surgery. The axis? It's bent a lot so I have to do something to hold it.
 It may seem like too much advice to anyone, but I really wanted to get it from Dr. Lee, and after the consultation, he said he didn't want to have rhinitis surgery because he was so worried, and he said he needed rhinitis surgery to correct the shape of his crooked nose, so I did it in the end.
 
First of all, a week later, when I took the splint off. From the beginning, the bridge of my nose was off.
 At that time, I thought it was because the bridge of my nose was so swollen that there was a step, but is it really a saddle nose since the 1st or 2nd week? I was so anxious and panicked that I lost 2 kilos a week because I was having such a hard time. I
 was so upset that I went to see the doctor again in the 2nd week and he said no. The chance of having a saddle nose is really 1% and he said it was definitely not the case. He said it was just swelling and asked me to trust him and wait a little longer. (But the columella was also a little... sutured too much to the left.)
 
But even after that, it seemed like I had a saddle nose, so I went to the hospital after a month. I went to the hospital and asked, but if it's because of the swelling, why is this area off like this? (When viewed from the front, the bridge of the nose is completely cut off, and when viewed from the side, it's bumpy and looks like a slide.) I was told that my skin is too thin and weak, and the nose itself is also very weak, so I was told this when I had rhinoplasty. He said it was a symptom because the skin was contracted and that it would come back soon.
 I don't know why he didn't explain it in the second week, but he said he wasn't a doctor who said he didn't know what to do after surgery. They said they would do it even the next day... I tried to think about waiting a little longer, but
 
no matter how much I thought about it, when I looked at the city, the silicone had already been bent since the second week. When I asked about this, they said it was put in according to the person's inner skin. But no matter how much I tried, If you look at it, it's not that the silicone has been trimmed and put in, it's just the silicone that has been bent. Because if it had been trimmed, the bridge of the nose should have been straight, but it was bent in a straight line in the direction of the nostrils. So there is no silicone on the bridge of the nose... It's bent and stuck in the inside haha.
 So, of course, the bridge of the nose is bent. It's bound to fade and the nose shape will get weird...
 
So he asked me to see him again in the 3rd month, but I was already convinced in my mind that it was a saddle nose.
 The biggest part that convinced me was that I had a CT scan of a saddle nose on the internet and it was the same as my nose (when I went to the consultation) (I took a picture of Citi) I was really devastated when I saw that haha.. I hoped not, but
 if it wasn't a saddle nose, the silicone wouldn't have bent for no reason, but the silicone bent was the same..
 I spent a lot of money on my first nose surgery (over 600) and my parents and I I made it difficult by fighting, but it was so hard when something like this happened.
 
I think I'm 99% right. The city photo is so skinny and the shape of my nose is typical of a saddle nose haha.
 The doctor said he wouldn't do it because he didn't know.. Looking at the response, I wonder if they will provide proper service again in 6 months
 
because, as far as I know, saddle nose correction is more complicated and difficult than it looks, and I heard that the best way to correct it is to fix it with autologous cartilage (the other ear). Cartilage and other things are too weak, so once a saddle nose is formed, it is impossible to completely get rid of it, so it needs to be fixed very well)
 
But I already used autologous ribs on this teacher in the first move, and he caused a saddle nose due to a mistake in the surgery, and he has to correct it. Also, I wonder if you want to pretend not to know because the patient has to go through the burden of having to use his own ribs. Since he never admits to me that he has a saddle nose, I wonder what will happen if I don't get it properly after 6 months haha.
 
Only the saddle nose didn't come. I think it would have been a really pretty nose, but it's really disappointing. I know this doctor is really good at it, and he knows noses very well, so I know he does a lot of revision surgeries. If I had a problem with my nose, I think I would have come here haha. But It seems like they are trying to convince me that they won't do it.. haha. Because you have to admit that you have a saddle nose in the first place to get it done again, but the doctor never admits it.. Ugh, I'm so confused.
 
So, I have to go to a hospital that is good at saddle nose surgery and a really good hospital that is good at revision nose surgery. I'd like to be recommended! I'm trying to find out more just in case.
