I'm thinking about philtrum reduction after orthognathic surgery, but I actually need to redo my nose. I'm only going to have the tip of my nose touched up, but I don't know if I'll be working on the columella as well. (I'm not sure)
But which should I do first, the tip of the nose or the philtrum reduction? Of course, I thought it was the nose that started with the philtrum, but a person with bad habits did it with the philtrum, and it said it started with the
nose. Do you think there will be any change in the nose if you start with the nose and then use the philtrum? My head is spinning..Do you know of any cases like this?
