 would have been nice if they had informed me in advance that the director was not there . It was disappointing. I was nervous

 , but he smiled a lot and explained things in more detail than I expected, which was nice! They say he's conservative, but I don't know what he means.
 I look like this, so
 even when I tell him I don't like it, he keeps saying no when I say it, lol. I thought he definitely had something in mind. But it was better than I was worried about, so I was satisfied with the consultation!
 This was originally thought to be an existing line incision,
 so I decided to make an existing line incision as well.
 Since there wasn't much skin left, I couldn't reduce it much and expected only 30 to 40%.
 The price here was the most expensive and I couldn't get a clear answer, but
 if I do something here, I can't reduce it much. I don’t think it’s going to fail..? I got that feeling haha.
