 it's uncomfortable to breathe, so I'm thinking of various options...
 
I used autologous cartilage on the bridge and tip of the nose, and the bridge of the nose is rather wide from what I can see, so
 I also had an osteotomy done. The director said he would proceed without loss of functionality, so I trusted him and accepted it without thinking much about it.
 
To be honest, I trust the director who was in charge of me and I am still like that. But I couldn't imagine that I would have this much trouble breathing after the surgery, so I was so anxious and had all kinds of thoughts.
 
It's fortunate that this is due to simple swelling since it was just after surgery, but
 what if the osteotomy really affected my ability to hide? I wanted to... After looking into it, I heard that the restoration can be done in an open manner and widened with instruments or something like that until the bone heals within 2 weeks after the surgery, but then I feel like I need to make a decision as quickly as possible, which makes me even more impatient.
 
Is there anyone who had difficulty breathing after a bone fracture like me or has had a reconstruction? I wonder if there are any side effects to consider when it comes to restoration.
 
I thought I went ahead with some mental preparation, but
 I guess this is why they say there is a period of recovery after surgery...
