Around July 2019, I was sued for defamation, obstruction of business, and attempted extortion after writing a review of side effects about the hospital under the nickname 'Gatsby in Danger' on Yeosangnamjeong. Recently, I was also contacted by the hospital for writing a
 review of side effects in a comment. I was sued again for obstruction of business and insults.

As a result, as shown in the attached photo, all charges were acquitted due to unreasonable charges against the hospital.

In my case, the hospital removed the implant and all of the transplanted cartilage after 3 months due to side effects after the surgery.
And when I wrote a review of the side effects, what came back from the hospital was not a sincere apology, but
 a threat to sue as proof of contents and two criminal charges.

It was a truly hellish time for me, who was young at the time.
Compensation now? No need.
A sincere apology is more valuable than money.
At that time, around July 2019, when I was sued and acquitted, I felt so unfair that I asked the director of the hospital in question to at least have a brief conversation to get an apology, saying compensation was not necessary, but he refused even this.

I hope you can meet a doctor who can admit his mistakes and at least offer a sincere apology.
