Also, I am 50 years old this year, and after losing 10 kg
 , I exercised while maintaining it, so I couldn't exercise at all for fear of losing facial fat after losing weight.
 Even at the hospital, they told me to never exercise, especially aerobic exercise, and told me to eat well...
 
I ate well as the hospital told me and didn't exercise even once.
 Because I am older and my basal metabolic rate is low, I gain weight and body fat quickly.

Also, when the director first said that I needed to do a second round of facial fat transplantation,
 I think I made a really good decision to go for the second round.
 I'm going to have a second surgery soon, and I think it will make up for the area that was missing after the first surgery.
 
I'm worried about body fat, but wherever I go, I hear people
 say I look younger and prettier, which boosts my self-esteem and makes me feel good.
 
After the second workout, I will focus on anaerobic exercise again.
