I'm scheduled for an implant-free nose surgery tomorrow (I originally had a bridge, so only the tip of the nose!!).
 During the consultation, it was discussed that I would also include a lateral osteotomy, but when I thought about it, I realized that I have a long midsection. I was worried that if I did an osteotomy, it would make me look even longer...
 Are the two possibly related? And is there actually a significant change in impression after osteotomy? I would appreciate it if you could let me know!
