I'm in my mid-30s and
 I don't have severe malocclusion, but
 one of the teeth right next to my front teeth is aligned upside down.
 
One of my front teeth was broken, so I had an implant 10 years ago,
 and the other front teeth have superfluous teeth (impacted teeth) on the gum side that aren't visible to the naked eye, so the roots are weak. I took it out because I was too shaken.
