Septal deviation + inferior turbinate resection + nasal septum cartilage elevation on the bridge and tip of the nose.
To focus more on function, I considered going to the otolaryngology department at a university hospital, and this time, I went to the hospital after being recommended by an acquaintance who said that both function and beauty treatments were very good.

I originally had a narrow nose, and if there was any septal cartilage left, I asked to have it slightly raised only at the tip of my nose.
But after the surgery, the doctor put it in the tip of my nose and said there was some cartilage left, so he put it in the bridge of my nose as well. At first, I was a little skeptical, but I thought they would just make it look prettier, so I wore a splint for 7 days and taping for 7 days, so I couldn't see the exact shape of my nose after surgery. On the 15th day, after removing the tape, I came home and looked in the mirror, and it seemed like I had a hooked beak that wasn't there before, and the bridge of my nose was not indented. It felt like my nose was bumpy. My nose was originally pretty, although it was slightly crooked due to a deviated septum, but after the surgery, it became so strange that I had to wait for a day. I got depressed for a day and felt like I was going crazy.
 
It's the 19th day since the surgery. If this is the case, I'm really screwed, right..?
