On the day of the surgery, it was just soreness,
 but the next day, my legs were heavy due to swelling, but
 it wasn't that it was too painful, but it was a little sore? Like this??
 According to the reviews, it was very difficult to go to the bathroom and it was difficult every time I sat down, but
  
I just exercised hard and the pain was about the same as Albegin, and
 the swelling was more than the first day, so I could see a gap in my thighs on the day of surgery, but
 the next day my thighs were still together
 
. The swelling was a little more severe than others. Maybe that's why
 my thighs didn't get much thinner than others, but they were similar until this week.
 I went to have the treatment and stitches removed after the first week, and I felt so refreshed haha.
 I was so happy to think that I could now shower without wearing a waterproof bandage.
 
I had a follow-up consultation, and I was very worried because the swelling wasn't going down very well. But he reassured me not to worry, made sure there was no discomfort, and
 told me that I had to pull up the compression garment up to my groin and wear it so that the inner skin
 would go away smoothly. Haha.
 
The bruises lasted for two weeks. A lot is gone!!
 Should I use muscle pain cream rather than bruise cream? I applied some! It's cool and good.
 There's less stiffness, and from the 1st to 2nd week, I was so busy with work that I had to walk and wear shoes, so I
 overexerted myself and it got even more swollen. When I was working, I wore compression garments that went up to my calves, but my legs hurt a lot. The swelling went up to the top of my foot, so I wore it and the swelling went down faster. I think
 
it was around the 2nd or 3rd week.
 As the pain and bruising disappeared, my senses returned, but I felt a tickling and tingling
 sensation, but the tickling was harder than the pain.
 I used an ice pack every time I felt itchy
 .
Now, when I touch the thigh, it feels like my own skin, from the middle of the thigh to the bottom. It feels like it's still hard and not my skin. I think time will solve this as well haha.
 
When I go to work, the dogs always check my body with their eyes haha.
 When I look at them, they always look similar and less skinny and only show ugly points, but
 my dogs always see their body. They say it catches even the parts I can't see haha
