is 1. Food stuck in it (if you don't brush your teeth right after eating, you feel uncomfortable due to the food stuck in it + when you look in the mirror, you notice food stuck all over your gums)
 2. My lips are chapped and the inside of my mouth is sore. The retainer keeps getting stuck, causing marks and pain (of course, they give you wax(?) to put on the device, but it disappears when you eat or brush your teeth, so you have to keep reapplying it, and other people say it looks like it's glued to the retainer..)
 3. When you smile, it makes you smile. I can't smile (my lips are stuck in the device, so it hurts when I try to smile, it doesn't look pretty, I'm afraid there might be food stuck in the braces that I don't know about)
 4. The braces make my mouth look more protruding... (sigh)
 
All of this. I couldn't think deeply about it and just got a consultation and straight away got braces... Why didn't it feel like a long time at the time that it would take a year and a half? ^^ I
 
was captivated by the words, "If you do it, you'll be prettier, if you smile, you'll be prettier..." ... Huh.
 
For these reasons, I plan to remove the teeth as soon as the braces are aligned... I don't want to fix the malocclusion.
 It turns out that orthodontic treatment is usually completed within a few months, but it is better to fix the malocclusion. Because it was difficult, the time it took to correct malocclusion was almost a year! Sabasa and Kebake, but usually enemies.
 
Later, to fix the malocclusion, they use strange rubber bands (?) or something like that, and if it gets worse, they put screws... or something like that in the gums.
 I hate it so much... My friends around me also had their teeth aligned, but they didn't use rubber bands, so it kept getting delayed, so it would only take a few months. 2- I've had orthodontic treatment for 3 years.

 So, I'm going to be wise and just straighten my teeth and get a retainer installed.
 

However, people around me tell me that it would be a waste to do it, so I should just
 do it , but I've been doing it for about 2 months now.
 I'm planning to stop when all my upper teeth are straightened, all the teeth are coming in evenly, all the overlying teeth on the lower teeth are coming in, and the one tooth next to it is getting somewhat better.
 
But the doctor said that the upper teeth They say they can't wear a retainer on the upper teeth because the malocclusion cannot be corrected if they are removed now. They say that if I remove them now, the upper teeth will go back to how they were before.
 
But I'm still going to remove them. I'm too stressed and if I correct the malocclusion, it will cost me 1 to 2 years plus alpha. It takes time, but no matter how much I think about it, I think I'll continue to be stressed, so I think I'll just be less greedy and just put a retainer on the bottom teeth if the bottom teeth are okay!
 
The price was 290 Clippy C for the top and bottom, but it was a waste of money. I really thought it was too easy. Since I work in a service industry, it was annoying and my confidence was low. I'm planning to remove all the upper devices next week and the lower ones within 3 months..
