What happens to the gums when an incision is made inside the mouth? ㅠㅠ In particular, I saw a review saying that the front chin incision sticks out in an odd way, like a spider web or a rake, and because of that, the lower gums feel like they've been glued together... This isn't just one or two people. My friend also thought it would get better, but he said it's still stuck even after 4 years.
 If I make an incision in the gums, will it heal as well as before? Or is there something lumpy left behind??
