At first, I was worried that it wouldn't be effective and
 I didn't tell
 others that I got RAMS because I was afraid they'd say I was wasting my money
 , but as time passed and I compared it to my old photos,
 the difference seemed to be quite big...
 Am I the only one who thinks this
 ? What kind of effects do you think it has???
 Honestly, I didn't diet much
 and after getting RAMS, I just didn't overeat and
 went about my daily life moderately, so
 I lost weight in other areas really quickly... Is it because I lost weight in my face and
 arms that other areas look like they've lost weight too? Anyway,
 do you think it's okay at this point?!?
