 Continuing with the story about the day of the surgery, here is a review of the 7th day today!
 
Starting the day after the surgery, there was a lot of bruising and swelling starting from the surgical area, so for the first few days,
 it was difficult to move, sit, stand, and everything, but as the week went on, there was almost no pain and the swelling seemed to have gone down a lot.
 Originally, I was really worried about bruising more than anything else because it bruised easily and didn't go away easily, but
 I was really glad that the bruising wasn't as bad as I thought and was gradually turning yellow as time went by.
 At the hospital, they said it was better to take a light walk rather than staying too still because of the pain after surgery.
 The cold weather played a part, but since I work a job that requires me to constantly stand and move, I think that helped reduce the swelling.
 It's only been a week, so of course the swelling is still there. Even though I took off the compression garment, when I compared before and after, my waist line was perfect! I am so happy that when I looked at it
 from the side, my bulging stomach disappeared. That Japchae...♥
 Right now, I am not exercising and eating well as an excuse to recover, but I have lost 1.5kg
